60 Days Return Policy
Return & Exchange Conditions
1. Please contact our customer service first for your return request and the request should be approved.
Important Note:
All items returned without authorization will not be accepted!!
2. The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 60 days from the date of purchase.
3. All items must be returned in a new and unworn condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
4. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Please Note: Please DON’T send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return. When returning or exchanging items, please offer a valid tracking number within the return shipping method. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.
Non-Refundable Items
1. Products are exposed to corrosive substances or chemicals. Exposure to harsh chemicals can alter the appearance of your product. These chemicals include, but are not limited to, Liquid Silver Polish, Pools, Hot Tubs, and Spas. Oxidized silver is easily damaged.
2. Products are damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
3. A replacement will not be accepted for a refund.
4. Silver pieces are given detail by oxidation, over time, they may appear black. To remove this, please clean with the silver polishing cloth to return its original look.
5. We do not accept any returns for any personalized photo charm(s) unless the picture’s appearance is different from the photo provided to us, as stated in our 60-day Return/Exchange Policy section.
6. The parcel which cannot be confirmed that it was lost.
Return/Exchange Procedure
Step 1: If you’re not satisfied with the products received, please contact our customer service representative first for further help.
Step 2: Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely.
Step 3: Drop off your package at the local post office.
Step 4: Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance with our return conditions.
At last, We’ll email you once we process your return or exchange.
Refunds
1.Once our Customer Service has approved your request, the returns will be processed within 3-7 working days upon receipt of your package. The funds will be issued to your original payment account, depending on your bank or payment service. Your bank or payment service may levy a small transaction charge.
Note: All PayPal payment can only be refunded via PayPal, all Debit or Credit Card payment will only be refunded to the original debit or credit card.
2. Suspected lost package. We will take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely. For packages that are suspected to be lost, our customer service staff will only issue refunds after the customer has offered a undelivered certificate. (UPS, USPS need to provide proof of post office, DHL needs to provide proof of freight station)
Shipping Fee Refunds
The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable. Although you may have enjoyed free or undervalued shipping, we do incur the original cost of shipping for every order. Therefore, we do not refund our original shipping cost.
We will reimburse customer US$10 as the return shipping fee under the following circumstances:
Note: The amount of return shipping fee will be reimbursed in the form of store credit.
1. Customers received the wrong item.
2. The item is broken, defective, or has an incorrect engraving. (For broken or defective items, customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving their order.)
Please Note: we reserve the right not to process the refund if they are returned in unacceptable condition.
Cancellation Policy
1. Order cancellation in 24 hours is free of charge. Beyond this time, restocking/processing fees will apply to cancellations even though the order has not been shipped out.
2. Orders canceled within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of full shipping cost and 80% of the product purchase price.
3. Orders canceled beyond 48 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price.
4. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
